Sean has a Commerce degree from Melbourne University, with majors in Accounting and Law, a Masters Qualification in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Melbourne Business School, is Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming and a Director of the Ol Malo Charitable Foundation based in Kenya, amongst other community involvements closer to home.
Sean has worked in many Businesses across Healthcare, Property, Food manufacture and Distribution sectors either in an advisory or ownership capacity. His expertise is in working with businesses ‘from the top down’ to maximize the potential of the people and assets and in doing so maximizing the capital value. Sean has a passion for food, health and fitness and lives north of Sydney with his wife and young son.
Dr Angela Todd – Chiropractor

Dr Angela Todd was born and raised in Sale and she and her husband Wayne, have 5 children together. Angela has a special interest and Post Graduate training in the care of infants and children and has completed a Masters in Biomedical Science (Part 1) and is currently working towards a PhD.
Angela has previously been elected onto the RMIT Chiropractic course advisory committee, the national Council of Representatives for Chiropractic and the National Board for the Chiropractors Association. She has been awarded membership status for the Australasian College of Chiropractors in recognition of her contribution to the profession.
Dr Angela’s mandate as CEO is to further the Group in offering every person in the community TLC serves, the opportunity to achieve their health and wellness potential through natural family wellness care.
Dr Wayne Todd – Chiropractor
B.App.Sci. (Chiropractic), Diplomate of American Board of Chiropractic Neurologists, Fellow Australasian Academy Functional Neurology.
Dr Wayne Todd is married to Angela Todd and enjoys his busy family and professional life in Sale. Wayne graduated from RMIT in 1988 with the prize for clinical excellence in his final year.
Wayne has a passionate enthusiasm for exploring the many methods of practice available within the Chiropractic profession. He has completed post graduate studies in Activator, SOT, Neurolink and NET (Neuro Emotional Technique). His most recent focus has been a 2 year Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology, which makes Wayne one of a handful of Australian Chiropractic Neurologists in the world.
As Clinical Director of TLC, Dr Wayne is actively involved in supporting the Chiropractors in professional development and improving patient outcomes.
Dr Craig Gilberd – Chiropractor

Dr Craig Gilberd was born and raised in New Zealand. He decided on Chiropractic as a career in 1969, at the age of 15 after a miracle adjustment from Dr Wally Robb. This adjustment, which led to his recovery from a severe case of mono-nucleosis in less than 24 hours, set Craig on an unwavering commitment to Chiropractic.
Craig received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College (USA), graduating with honours in 1976. He moved to Australia where he began his Chiropractic Career in SA. He grew to own four practices in the region until he retired from practice in 1986 in order to pursuit is other life long love…sailing. He spent the next 15 years circumnavigating the globe, exploring 67 countries, and sharing amazing adventures with over 170 different crewmembers from all over the world. Craig returned to Practice and founded Total Lifestyle Chiropractic in 2002.
He is passionate about Chiropractic excellence and the best health profession on this planet!

Margit has a Business degree from Monash University, with a major in Marketing, a Masters Qualification in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Melbourne Business School, is Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming and a Director of the Ol Malo Charitable Foundation based in Kenya, amongst other community involvements closer to home.
Margit worked for top 50 public companies including Lend Lease, Coca Cola and Southcorp in Senior Management roles leading large teams through complex business issues, change management and projects. Margit started a Management Consulting Company in 2000 and since then has advised a wide range of Private and Public Companies on strategic plans, change management, operating performance and team performance and engagement.
Margit has been committed to Chiropractic since 1986 and has had regular Chiropractic care since then also ensuring that her entire family has integrated Chiropractic into their wellness plans. She loves the outdoors, travelling and cooking with her husband and young son.
Martin D. Timchur
Manager, Clinical Imaging

Dr Martin Timchur started his career after completing a Bachelor of Applied Science with a Graduate Certificate in Engineering. After working in the mining industry for a period of time, he came to the realisation that his real passion was health and wellness of communities through consistent quality Chiropractic care. The science behind Chiropractic sparked an interest in Chiropractic Radiology and so he undertook further studies in this field.
Dr Martin completed his Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in New South Wales, where he also lectured from 2002 to 2004. He then moved to the United Kingdom to conduct a radiology residency and PhD at the University of Glamorgan, and was also appointed as Senior Lecturer – Radiology from 2004 to 2007.
Dr Martin has also held a sessional lectureship at the New Zealand Chiropractic College in 2009 and frequently lectures for various Health Boards and Associations in Australia and Internationally. Dr Martin also holds a Masters of Applied Science (Medical Image Interpretation) from Charles Sturt University and is the Chief Chiropractic Radiologist for Professional Radiology Outcomes.
Dr Martin is married and has three young children and lives in Queensland.
Group Practice Manager
Justine has an in-depth knowledge of all aspect of the TLC business having first joined Lifestyle Chiropractic Australia (later to become TLC) in 2002 when Dr Craig Gilberd had just set up the first Practice. Justine’s roles at TLC have included CA Training and Coaching, Recruitment and Immigration Manager, Chiropractor Training and Induction and Practice Growth Manager to name a few. Justine has formal qualifications as a Life Coach and she currently gives oversight to the Systems and Operations as well as CA training and recruitment across the entire TLC network.
Justine’s love of Chiropractic comes from observing thousands of chiropractic success stories. She lives and breathes Chiropractic as her own choice of primary health care, as does her family. Justine is married to Jezz and has a daughter Kristy and son Brodie and of course they have regular wellness based Chiropractic.
Justine is one of the most passionate people you’ll ever meet in the Chiropractic industry and is a proud member of the TLC family.
Angela lives in Mackay with her husband and two children. Angela has over twenty years experience in managing company’s administration and accounts and brings a wealth of experience to TLC.
Angela loves hearing stories about how Chiropractic benefits people and improves their general wellbeing.

Accounts and Administration Assistant
Tracey relocated to Mackay in January 2013 from the United Kingdom with her husband and two teenage children and has over twenty-five years experience in administration and accounts.
Tracey loves the warmth of the tropics after freezing winters in England and enjoys walking her dog on the beautiful beaches of Mackay.
